How to draw a toucan

Steven, who is 11 years old and loves to draw birds, did this cartoon key to help you draw your toucan.

Steven thought that the toucan's body looked like a pear, so that's how he started.

Be sure to make your toucan's bill wide enough where it connects with the head.

He added the wings (looks like a leaf) and the big tail feathers. Add a line right through the middle of the bill (hey, this toucan needs to be able to open his mouth).



Put your toucan on a branch in a forest scene. You can add lots of detail to the feathers and leaves.
