Pauline
helped Florence Mall celebrate the second anniversary of their Woolly Mammoth
Playland.

We learned how to make a scene from
a doughnut and an upside- down ice-cream cone!
Te, who is nine, did a really
funny baker
with sunglasses on.

We
worked on a special mural called "Watering Hole at Big Bone Lick."
Big Bone Lick State
Park in Boone County, Kentucky, contains fossils of giant beavers, mastodons,
sloths and woolly mammoths, who were trapped in the mineral springs over
10,000 years ago.

Mail from the
mall
Dear
Pauline,
Thanks so much for helping Florence Mall celebrate the Woolly Mammoth Playland
Anniversary. Your mural was a huge success and will have its own
place of honor. The cartooning workshops were fun for all and educational
as well. The kids were really involved, but then so were the adults!
We've got some great photos of the event.
I
hope we have the opportunity to work together again. Once again,
thanks for a great show.
Sincerely,
Elena

Gary did a muskox with
a caveman look!
Patty's was purple but fierce.
Woolly Dude is the Florence
Mall's kid club mascot. Wendy's sketch came out great!
